James H. Martin, MAI has been appraising commercial real estate since 1998. James is certified in North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia, and earned the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute in 2012. He is a former member of the Board of Directors for the SC Chapter of the Appraisal Institute, having served as Chapter President in 2019. James has volunteered on the Charleston County Assessment Board, has served the Appraisal Institute as a Regional Representative and is currently on the Editorial Board of The Appraisal Journal, which is a nationally recognized publication within the industry. James has qualified as an expert witness in several jurisdictions, specializes in litigation support/consulting assignments, property tax appeals and has experience appraising all types of commercial real estate.

Clark Truluck, MAI has been appraising commercial real estate since 2008. Clark is certified in South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia and earned his MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute in 2018. He has been in leadership for the SC Chapter of the Appraisal Institute since 2016 and is currently serving as President of the Chapter for 2024. Clark has vast experience with all types of commercial property and specializes in the appraisal of recreational land, golf courses, conservation easements and aviation related properties. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time hunting, fishing, golfing and cooking with his wife, two children and their lab.

Robert “Tripp” Terry has been appraising commercial real estate since 2010. Tripp is certified in North and South Carolina and earned the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute in 2019. Tripp has a great deal of experience with the appraisal of all types of commercial real estate. In his free time, he enjoys cycling, golf, hunting, and fishing. Tripp resides in Mount Pleasant, SC with his wife Kathleen, two children Bert and Libba, and their black lab Lark.
